Goal Setting

Set weekly and monthly goals for yourself. Any day is a good day to start working towards a healthier life. If you are someone who likes starting on a Monday or the beginning of the month, start today!

Today is June 2nd, so set your goals for this month. You will be happy that you did, come next month or even next year.

Although everyone has different goals,  here are a few good goals to have:

  1. Start your day off right and eat breakfast. You will feel more energized and more productive throughout your day. You may also be able to conquer cravings later in the day by having a satisfying and nutritious breakfast. 
  2. Love yourself. Everyone struggles with this at times, but it is important to love yourself and where you are at in life. 
  3. Change up your workouts. Add in resistance training, try interval training, go to a dance class. The list goes on and on.  Your body is capable of amazing things. Go out of your comfort zone and try a new workout, who knows it may become your favorite thing to do!
  4. Change your lifestyle and mindset. Start your day with a grateful heart and a positive outlook, it will make a difference in your own and others peoples’ days.
