Grilling out on summer nights is the best. Do you want to change up the traditional menu of hot dogs and beef burgers? Give these turkey burgers a try! If you are not a fan of turkey, ground chicken will work great too.
These turkey burgers are delicious, healthy, gluten and dairy free, have very minimal ingredients, and do not take long to prepare.
Recipe: (makes 4 large patties)
- 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 tomato diced
- 1/2 onion
- 1 TBSP fresh minced garlic
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 1 egg
- 3 TBSP oat flour
- dash of salt and pepper
Combine and compact the ingredients together and then cook on the grill!
