I love smoothies, especially in the summer. As it approaches fall, smoothies aren’t as common and we find more comfort in pumpkin flavored or fatty foods.
As much as I love fall foods, I know it is still important to feed my body with the wholesome vitamins and nutrients it deserves. Try this smoothie it tastes like a complete treat and is packed with healthy ingredients.
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( I used PE science)
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 handful of spinach
1 teaspoon butter extract
Top with Sprinkles for extra pizazz
