Clean Eating Staples

Below I have listed the foods I use and consider staples. Add these goods to your weekly grocery list if you are looking for new, wholesome finds.

For the most part, I eat “clean,” with the exception of treats when I crave them, but even then, I eat foods with real ingredients and are minimally processed. Eating clean is not all about counting calories, but more about being mindful of the food’s pathway between its origin and your plate. Clean eating is about eating whole or real foods; foods that are minimally processed.

Cleaning eating is a constant learning experience. There are a ton of new things coming out  everyday, new trends, research, and findings. I have found that I feel my best by eating a clean, wholesome diet. Do your own research and find out what works best for you and your body. Everyone is so different, so continue to learn and fuel your body with foods that makes it feel it’s best!
